In documents obtained by PEOPLE, another Jane Doe alleged that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York City more than 30 years ago. Combs is seeking for the lawsuit to be barred because the Victims Gender-Motivated Violence Act is “unconstitutional on its face, both substantively and procedurally,” according to the filing. In a statement, Cassie said, “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.” The original lawsuit, filed by an unnamed Jane Doe, alleges Combs and two others gang raped Doe when she was in her junior year of high school, according to court documents obtained by USA TODAY at the time.<\/p>\n
